TPCJSA holds meetings on the 4th Thursday of every month.  The only exception is the months of November & December when these are combined and held the 1st Thursday of December if needed.

The Annual General Meeting is held in the month of February.  This is the meeting where new officers are elected to the Board.

Meetings are open for all to attend but only official club representatives are allowed to vote.
